Queen Elizabeth's chef was fired when he mistakenly served potatoes without first removing their skins.

FACT or CRAP ?

I prefer mine skinless as well butt wouldn't FIRE someone over it

CRAP

Queen Elizabeth I dismissed her chef for serving potato leaves, not the tubers. Potato stems and leaves are poisonous, so was this a misguided menu choice, or an attempted murder?
