This one is fact. Easy peasy.

 

Fact.

 

"Race car" is two words, not one.

I'll go with fact anyway, since I'm trying to get everything wrong (though I've been failing lately).

 

Palindromes apply/allow for things like capitalization and spacing afaik

 

Yup, those are called palindromic phrases. And you can even have palindromic sentences and paragraphs, if you are creative enough.
