Fact. Women are more likely to express emotion.

(I wanted a wittier answer, but I'm still feeling a little groggy from the muscle relaxant )

62 times per... day? week? month?

Is this 62 fewer smiles, or a typical journalist who failed math classes (thus becoming a journalist) thinking that "62 times less" is the same as "1/62"?

This question is crap.

FACT

Why? Well, most people believe a smile makes a woman look more attractive, and not smiling makes a man look more serious and important.

Lunar cycle is just over 29 days so it seems likely that February would occasionally miss a full moon... going with Fact.

It's still a crap question. And I'm with you, that's a crap theory. The real answer is that men have to put up with women, so they're always miserable.
