this reminds me of when my youngest interviewed at GOOGLE they had some interesting ?'s like how many quarters do you think it would take to reach from floor to celing in here?

RE: the Google questions, they're a test of how you analyze questions for which the answer isn't obvious and for which you lack information. My personal favorite is "how many piano tuners are there in Chicago?". But the quarter one is pretty straight forward; estimate the height of the room (8 feet), make a WAG about the thickness of a quarter (2 mm?), then do the math (8 feet * 12 inches/ft * 25 mm/inch [rounded for ease] / 2mm = 1200 quarters).

Yeah I understand their reasoning @ the big G not remembering what his reply was but he did get hired

That was a fun place when I visited him there stuff everywhere!
