CRAP

Planes, both commercial and private, are always at risk of a bird strike, and since 1988 more than 250 people have been killed as a result of these strikes. It's a bird; it's a plane; it's deadly!

I'm going to say CRAP because millions of Rolls-Royce roll off the assembly line per day, since the very beginning. If 65% are still around, then we'd see Rolls-Royces all the time.
