These air-raid shelters, built during the Cold War, will now be converted to indoor parking lots! The Chinese have to make room for all those Japanese-made cars!

It's worse than that. It wasn't food and medical equipment that was reported lost, but three very expensive mortar shells called Excalibur, worth $175,00 each! At three feet tall and weighing 106 pounds each, these are not easily misplaced. You can't find these shells on the beach!
