In Japan,
Masahiko Suga takes his nine cats for a ride in a stroller each day to encourage people to donate cat food to the Japanese Cat Food Bank.

Finland
was the last European country to give women the vote, but when women got the vote they refused to cast their ballots in public places. Women preferred to mail in their votes, and continue to do so today.
