Fortunately the dealer who's doing the work is literally a km from my house. I'm thinking about going in tomorrow to check in with them.

Just spoke with the guy at the body shop who spoke to the owner of the dealership. He said I'll be much happier with the engine I'm getting because it's "zippier" and that it "revs a lot nicer." I was like, What does that mean? He told me that the engine came directly from Japan. I told him I thought the whole car was built in Japan but he said the engine isn't?
What could be different about the engine? I'm definitely going to have to go into the dealer tomorrow. I'm no friggin' mechanical genius, but there are plenty of terms I'm familiar with. :tryingnottothinkI'mbeingtreatedlikeastupidgirl:
