I'm not sure, I was going to ask but thought it might seem a little mercenary. My boss is supposed to call me this afternoon and fill me in - assuming he's still around. Boy, am I glad to be home, glad I already have a job, and glad I'm going to Hawaii tomorrow! Rum-tum-tum ...

I do feel bad for a lot of folks who might be home now with no jobs and no vacation.

This economy totally sucks, I can't believe the number of companies shutting down. If this new job hadn't come along, I was seriously trying to get into some job unrelated to high-tech. Like being a pit girl or something fun!
