I heard it all the time from Deep south and Texas guys when I was in AF Basic Training at Lackland AFB and Flight School at Brooks AFB, both in San Antonio.

I heard it all the time when I lived in Texas as well. When I told my friends that I was born in California it would usually illicit the response, "It figures".

No more Shrimp Adventure Platter at the Elephant Bar, but something similar. Mrs. Raptor left her sweater at Medieval Times, so we went back for it the next day after the movie. We just walked in the back door and we were in the theater. We said "Hell, we could have gotten in for free (I think)." All in all, a great weekend!
Sounds like a great time!
