There is no phone icon in my gmail page to click on for a voice call. I have to open my speech bubble at the bottom to see them.

gtalk is supposed to eventually talk to AIM accounts. you'll need your aim account to talk to other aim accounts, but you can do it through gtalk in the browser

anywhere you go or whatever machine you're on.
