That's the best way IMO change your diet to something you can live with for the rest of your days so you don't reach MAXIMUM DENSITY.

yeah, the atkins is good for a lot of stuff. I was stunned when I saw how fast I got thin. Mind you I only carry a bit extra in the middle, but that extra was sustained by diet, and my exercise wouldn't touch it short of hours and hours of cardio

The only drawback I've found is that if you rely to heavily on the meat part of the diet (meaning not eating your veggies ), you can alter the pH of your body making yourself too acidic, which is a good environment for all kinds of problems, including ulcers and cancers.

A good dose of miso and veggies can straighten you out in a hurry though

and bad bacteria. Lisa got a stomach bacteria right now and after 14 days of anti-biotics, it's still in there, so I'm working on her diet. It's tuff though, we're both junk food junkies..... chili-dogs and chocolate

PB&J cole slaw and an apple. The PB&J and cole slaw are new moves but I usually have had an apple or pear in my lunch.

You actually can get everything you need from vegetables. The only trick is iron. But the funny thing is, I learned from a doctor that your body actually can store iron for long periods of time and eating meat actually teaches your body to flush it out. Plus spinach is high in iron. So that is kinda a trick like the atkins thing with your body digesting it's fat.
