The tower at the upper right is the Calgary tower. It's about 55 stories high... we were up there today.

I just came back from lunch with the man himself. His brother, Paul, joined us along with a couple of other local S2000 owners. It was a real pleasure to meet John in person. An immensely nice guy. He may have a couple of pics to post for ya later. It's kinda like Christmas here today.
Here's what it looked like just before everyone showed up:

Wow Dave, I can't believe the weather you guys have in Calgary. I could be running my summer tires today if I wanted to!

(for those of you that don't know, I live in a city an hour north of xviper).

Noooo Dave. YOU are the immensely nice guy.

It was a great lunch indeed! Great to meet Dave and terrific that Mike and Reijo could make it out. I think (my brother Paul) will be on the track with them soon.

On the way to the mountains tomorrow but today was a definite highlight. Thanks again Dave for the Calgary hospitality.

Snow is the last thing on my mind at the moment .... slight sun burn from the top down weather over the weekend .... 81F (27C) with clear blue skies in Hong Kong over the weekend
