I excavate contaminated soil, load it onsite in dedicated cells and recycled as relieving him or her from any further liability for that soil, avoiding potential liability as a potentially responsible party (PRP) in a state or federal Superfund cleanup acttion.

That got ed up. WTF is the wrong with this site????? That was supposed to say: Load it out and transport it under manifest to a state and federal-licensed land farm, where it is bioremediated onsite in dedicated cells.....
