All solids, sludges, liquids, and rinseate from triple rinse go off in a pumper truck to a facility where they are separated, treated in a closed-loop system, and fuel blended, eventually becoming part of bunker fuel that fuels oceangoing ships in the Ports of LA and Long Beach.
