I guess we should all be a little sad that business is so good for you, George. On the other hand, I'm glad it's goin' to a fellow Cornerite!!! .

This economy is really scary, especially in the high-tech biz. Two years ago, we'd go to hire someone in and it'd be nearly impossible to find qualified folks. Now, we pick up the phone and the sharks are after us (headhunters)... It really sucks for the individuals...

Tell me, what are the qualifications for someone working in your industry... Chem E.s (like Carlo), or do you basically depend on OJT?
