Teams are great for playing with a group of varied abilities but the teams have to be fairly matched.

 

Rocket launcher, sniper rifle and shotgun are good anti-sword weapons.

 

i think that match we had last night with the neutral bomb on Coagulation ( I think I spelled it right) were extremely well balanced. That game was an hour long. See what you are missing Robbie

This is just a guess. Is your system set to "widescreen"? Most likely, standard = horizontal split and widescreen = vertical split.

 

how do you set widescreen?

 

it's all about where you insert the controllers into the system
when my cousins come over and we play.. to get the screen to split horizontally (took us a bit to figure this one out) we had to put hte first player in the first controller socket and hte second player into the fourth controller socket... then under options.. and screen split (i think that's what it's called) then you go into there and change that configuration to wide scree or something like that i can't quite recall but you should be able to figure once your in there... but the trick is in controller placement..

Widescreen is set in the dashboard. RC could be on to something though (if not ON something. ). Perhaps when you select your profile, you want the characters top/bottom not side/side.
