Happy Earth Day

 

I refuse to keep my lights turned off.

 

What, pray tell, does that mean?

 

In our region there is a movement to keep the lights turned off at night for a period of time. I have never been able to do that. Is that done in other regions ?

 

Beats me.

 

I think there was something about that on the news to do the same in Washington.

 

That was totally a thing when I was living in Ontario and I guess assumed it was at least a national thing. At this time of year I barely use electricity anyway. It's still light out at 9:30pm and the house gets a lot of natural light.
