have you eva MADE chicken soup? The FLAVOR/RICHNESS COMES from the chickie and its fat. I don't like eating shredded meats
What I do sometimes is add some fresh roasted chicken to my soup after I have used a chicken to make the stock. I'm with mom, I don't like the texture of the chicken that has cooked with the soup.










I use it to cook it then remove it
