How is not having fun rational? Saving money is rational. Being unhappy is just...well...silly...

true..
good point..i think i'll have fun with this car..
i want to get a daily driver car and stick with it for a while. i really can't see myself daily driving the S in 6" of snow all the time.
so... buy a daily driver....save, and then get a real "fun" car.
but yes, you are right... unhappy is silly.

Welcome to the club. Except I never bought an S2000 in the first place. (Had a little too much fun with my Integra early last year though. )

That's all I'm saying...just because you have to be practical (ie: save money) doesn't mean you can't have some fun. It's all a balance.

If it were me, I'd be daily driving the S (or in my case the Miata) in the snow just because I really wanted to have the convertible...but getting a Civic or something and setting it up to be sporty and practical is also a good thing.

Just don't blow so much money on mods that you could've afforded to keep the S and been better off...
