I don't eat steak. I've cut up way too many animals and can't handle that muscle texture anymore. Ground beef baby!

I would assume over there in Japan & China that they would eat more rare meats than over in the U.S..

But I was brought up in the UK and that is where I started eating it rare ...... I was wondering if US people mainly ate well cooked beef ????

Medium rare for me. Deep pinkish red, but not purple in the middle. Charred a bit on the outside is in my book.
