Speaking of kitchens, we've decided that replacing the stove isn't in the budget...so we aren't planning to have a stove. Instead, we'll be relying on a commercial convection oven, a commercial microwave and a two burner portable stovetop to do kitchen duty in the short term while we save up for a suitable replacement stove...
