I hit a golf ball off a tee with a club for the first time today, I figured it was about time. The resort were I work has a 27 hole course.

 

So how did you do?


SIde note : Anyone else play golf? I shoot in the mid 90s...

 

At first I knocked a nice divot out of the grass then my friend told me not to Happy Gilmore it so I did a smooth stroke and drove it halfway decent.

 

 

90's and the occasional high 80's.

I hit my best ever front 9 (43 !!!!) when I had just had the biggest night ever !!!!!!

I got home at 4am ... after leaving a Schnapps bar (I had the reciept in my pocket since I was paying - on expenses of course - 45 shots and 5 pints between 5 of us) we hand only been in there about 1 1/2 hours !!

I was supposed to drive to golf at 7:30 ....

Fun Police wouldn't let me drive () so drove me to our mates place, gave him the keys to our car and said "Do not let this pi$$head near those keys until AFTER the game !!!"

Anyway, played a blinder on the front 9 then it all fell apart after I had a beer with lunch to try to sort myself out !!!!
