Mom.It could be a few things, as mentioned direct sunlight does bother it. Also, has the IR sensor been moved at all? Try pulling it out a little more and check the area around the wire to make sure its not broken. It could possibly be pinched. All the Modifry unit is doing is acting like your wireless remote. The next time it doesnt work, try the remote to make sure its not the radio having issues.
