18 and 21 are kinda fun... although my 18th and 21st were equally miserable. After that it's just another day...

Birthdays used to be cool at really young ages because your parents make a big deal out of it, and you have the cake, and the gifts, and the party with all your friends with all those decoration, the little cute birthday hats with the cheap elastic that constantly breaks, those were the days... Now I consider my B-day just another day, I barely mention it, it just comes and goes..

Well, I have never really thought birthday's were cool because my parents never gave me cake, they baught me a little gift every year when I was little, but as I got bigger, they stopped., I never had a party with any of my friends, no cute birthday hats, no cute decorations so I guess it depends how you're raised. I don't really care and it's all good with me.

I REALLY REALLY want a cool birthday this year, the last few have been family get togethers and giving of money and sweaters, and taht's it, this year, I want an awesome one that is full of great gifts and an ALL AROUND AWESOME DAY!

I'm also depresed at the moment, my baby is in the shop and still stock.

the gifts are a plus, but if you surround yourslef with good friends on your B-day you're gauranteed to have a good time (I had a B-day with my friends in my basement a couple years ago and it was still fun!)

I sound like an infomercial, but most of it is true

i so agree...a recent event (death of very beloved teacher/administrator at school) ive been thinking about death....and realized its not worth it worrying about the inevitable/worrying about what "could" go wrong (not saying you should leave driving drunk/playing with matches/etcetc to fate or what have you)...

just saying you should view things logically i.e.

i have roof over head, i hve friends, i have support, i am getting education, i can succeed, etc etc...

instead of bitchin about how someone unplugged your phone when your friends were trying to call you (what i did recently) or whatever small problem you just had.

that said..i hate school...but ive accepted its required/its for the better to go and doit

just think b-days were great when I was under 21 now that I'm 23 nuthin more to look forward to but 25 lower insurance, but still I will get older and the lower insurance will not help cause of those freaking cops that chase u down for no reason going 105 in a 25....oh well , wish I was still in school living with my parents dating have cash all the time, now I turned into a corner bum....

hahhaha you got lots of time left make the best of it!!!
