caller: Hi, do you have the new four square writing method books?
me: Do you know what publisher they are? We have tons of writing books in stock.
caller: I think its..um..maybe TLC ..Teaching and Learning something...
me. Do you know the part number?
caller: the what?
me: the books part number.
caller: what's that?
me: well every product has a unique number so we can help you identify exactly which product/book you want.
caller: [raised voice] WELL I GUESS THATS WHY EVERYONE GOES TO YOUR COMPETITOR (Names, competitor) WHENEVER WE CALL YOU ALL WE GET ATTITUDE!! [/raised voice]
me: Sorry you feel that way Miss....I am simply trying to help you identify which exact book you want.
caller: /click! hang up!
me: Stunned..stymied..wtf!
