That about wraps up my day...Only I get about 200 of the same dialouge. 
Me: Thank you for calling ***** how can I help you?
C: I need a part
Me: long pause....wiat for them to tell me what part....
Me: do you just want me to send you any part??
C: NO, I guess you need to know that...
long pause..
C: I need an intake for a truck.
Me: What truck?
C: OHHH, a silverado?
Me: What year Silverado
C: 95, crew cab w/ tan interior and 60/40 seat (like I need to know this for an intake)
Me: pause...
What motor?
C: I think a 5.3, let me ask. Puts phone down.. goes and talks to their cust... Comes back yep 5.3
Me:I have a K&N 57100 in stock your price ***.**
C: do you have Air Raid?
Me: Did you want an Air Raid?
C: yeah.. (like I'm an idiot)
Me: what didn't you say that... ARD part # 30020 on the shelf ***.**
C: is that all you got.
Me: Yep... Find out what you you really need and give us a call back

w/ the occasional, you got a water pump for my 74 air cooled Beetle.
