I'm shopping for a baby shower gift, but one that's *just* for mom. This probably isn't a great forum to get ideas from, but send them my way.

It's funny you should mention that book. I put it on my wishlist to consider and there's maybe a similar book by the same authors, but can't remember the name.
I was also thinking massage or maybe a gift card for some takeout.
