My only hesitation (I have two sets of RE-11a) from switching is the increased road noise on the 71r's I've read about. It's why I didn't go from Star Spec to ZII. I'm already driving a sardine can with little to no sound deadening, and unforgiving seats. Smooth roads, track, dragon = great. Driving on other surfaces or places

I guess I don't care about those things much since I drive no more than 4-5K a year.

......my car is now 7 years old and has almost 18k (miles). That being said, when I do drive it, the destination is never under 2 hours (Mid Ohio is 3, GingerMan is 5+, the Dragon is 452345532, etc....) I don't mind it when I'm there, it's the getting there part that kicks my ass.

It's overwhelming! My nurse friends told me to start by looking up their reviews (like on healthgrades.com). Shopping for a winter beater. Actually I wasn't really actively shopping but came across a potential used option and it would be nice to have a back seat for when the parents (and their luggage) come next month.
