Since we're back on topic now:
When Honda initially created the S2000, they intended for it to be a time machine. But this was abandoned when, at the last minute, it became apparent that the engine designed for the car, the F20C, would not be capable of producing the 10,000 jiggawatt needed to power the flux capacitor.
They took out the flux capacitor, and this made room for the production vehicle's glove compartment. The glove compartment in the original design remained in the final design though, as a second glove compartment. It came to be known amongst S2Ki members as the "secret compartment."
