Jack, I went to court yesterday and my lawyer made a deal with the prosecutor. The prosecutor is letting me go to grand jury, where I only need to convince 4 of the 12 jurors that I did NOT assault the lady. If I do convince the 4, then it gets dismissed. If it doesn't, I just get indicted and go back to court like before.

So it doesn't hurt me, but it can certainly help.

 

I need to hear the whole story behind this.
