Chaz, I get about 1.6-1.8Mb down but am hard capped at 256K up. Well, at least when it's working.

Comcast just called, said they had a tech fixing my connection issues, and they admitted it was an internal problem...

the sad thing is there customer service level IMPROVED when @home bailed and they took it over directly ,and it still sucks!

I have to go through my phone bills sometime, but my estimate was 75 phone calls totalling about 20 hours on the phone with Comcast. In 1 year.
