Anyways, I supposubly had an expensive education

All I'm left with, TJ, is this worthless vocabulary and an abiding interest in subjects so esoteric that they make everyone laugh (myself included)!

that's what an expensive education does for you ..... makes you unintelligible to the majority of the population !!!!

 

No doubt true, James! I'm not sure that's altogether a bad thing though!

I suppose it means that I'll have to "dumb down" my speech when I ask my slaves to bring me my slippers when we establish Cornerville!

 

The 'big' words remind of a time I was out and there was this guy... kind of a loud guy. He was telling his buddies or customers or whatever in a loud voice, "I read this book called, 'The New Para-Dijm'. His friend chuckled and said, 'What?'. The loud guy repeated and this time it was absolutely clear he wasn't kidding. "The New ParaDijm" he said loudly.
His buddy quietle and with clear amusement said, "I'm pretty sure you mean 'paradigm'". It took the loud guy a while to realize what he'd done but everyone in the room knew right away. ROTFL!
