I used to be a member then one day while writing in the politics thread I got a nice long pm from the big guy here at s2ki. Basically it said shut up. Now I'm writing in the politics thread, I'm not posting insults or anything of the like, just expressing my views. There was about 5 republicans and 100 democrats that constantly bashed bush, but in the politics thread that's fine, I was one of the few people that had a differing view, but I was settled. Then I didn't renew my membership because if I couldn't express myself in the politics thread why bother with a membership, since it was the only members only area I ever really visited.
Then there were some politically motivated threads in the off-topic area, I told people to move it to politics. These threads were not moved because, imo, they agreed with the big guys view. So I wrote my peace, they then got moved or locked.
I then saw a thread actually I think it was three threads here, that basically had the same title as this but anti-bush. It was cartoon after cartoon after nasty bush bashing. Fine you don't like bush so lets see if what's good for the goose is good for the gander. In response as you see here, 100's of democrats slam me and the republican party insult anyone without the same opinion and so on...
I just put them on ignore an poke them every now and then so that they actually have someone to argue with instead of agreeing with themselves. i consider myself a valued asset to them, keeps everyone pumped up against bush.
Childish on both sides i guess, but good natured fun all the way around.
If you're a republican, keep your mouth shut unless you want to get prosecuted all day and night long on s2ki... Theres a whole bunch of winners here, or more accurately, whinners.
