Speaking of being bad with names...I was at a random social event not too long ago where my father was speaking. Someone out of the crowd came up to me and said hi and I IMMEDIATELY recognized her as someone I knew, but had NO idea where from or what her name was.
As soon as she introduced herself as Heidi I IMMEDIATELY knew who she was. It turns out that she was someone that I graduated from high school with in 1990...in Heidelberg, Germany...and we just happened to bump into each other in a tiny coastal town here in Washington state.

I agree skip the wedding crap! I just went through that whole thing... it was so annoying. I planned the whole thing myself though, that was probably the biggest mistake... But when it was all over with everything turned out so great!!
We just got the video last night and it brought tears to my eyes!!!
