Hi again, Les,
I think I'll hunt around the board a little and see if there are any useful suggestions, and I'll post.
Right now, I'm not planning to do anything. I've got the oil to the top X (as usual), and I'm gonna leave the battery in. For years, with my Miata, I pulled the battery through the winter, but it's a pain in the butt every time you want to go out and warm the engine up, and I'm not going to bother.
I put corrugated cardboard under the tires, just to avoid any rubber rot from the contact with garage cement floor.
