RIP Christie McVie. I've always loved Fleetwood Mac. Especially:



We saw Fleetwood Mac (and the USC Marching Band) from the second row of the Forum. My neighbor and best friend at the time, Bart, arranged for us to go to the concert in a limo, which broke down on the way to us. Instead, we went to Forum in a beat to shit, old 70s VW.

Kirstie Alley died of colon cancer. That is very preventable with colonoscopies every five ears or so. I had 12 inches of my colon removed a few years ago and have had regular colonoscopies since age 40. During surgery, my surgeon found a large mass and paused the surgery until a pathologist could perform a laboratory procedure. It wasn't malignant. Don't put it off. It could save your life.

 

The dancer known as Twitch, who later became Ellen Degeneres' DJ died from a self inflicted gunshot , very sad. He had a beautiful family.
