I DID finally git thru to the Modifry DUDE with Ludedude's help and he's gonna mod my Pioneer Left Hand Control to work with the Alpine for 20 bucks

the only question i have is whether or not you'll have issues with glare. actually, once you get it installed, let me know if you do or not... (i'll probably be head unit shopping shortly as well
