OK, I think I get 3.
So if Suzie was born on say, 12/31, and today is 1/1/2006.
Yesterday (12/31/2005), she turned 10, so the day before yesterday she was 9. This year, she turns 11 (12/31/2006), and next year (12/31/2007), she'll be 12.

Do you get rid of the husks first, and then just grill the inside? Or do you grill it with the husks attached? 'cos the way we do it, we steam it, with the husks intact, and then remove the husks later.
