Moving Out, need advice.
Okay, well I have about a day or two to decide where to live for the upcoming school year. On-Campus residence was filled to capacity, and 2nd year students usually live off-campus. I've looked at lots of places, mostly basement apartments, and one type of off-campus apartment for students..
My question is, would you rather have a larger, nicer living area, with private accomodations (like private bathroom/kitchen), but have to be secluded from everyone else, or live in a not so nice room (it's been renovated a little, but the rooms are really small, a little ragged, and bathroom/kitchen is shared) but be surrounded by other students?? (It's also downtown so social aspect and oppurtunities to meet new people are far greater), I need to make a decision by like Thursday at the latest, but I keep going back and fourth

live in slummy area as long as car is secure.
if your car isn't so secure, live 1/2 way, and have your friends come over.
for me, i had to make a change after living TOO close to campus and having my living room turn into social hour every day.
ONCE in a while, you DO want peace and quiet...and nothing like having "company" and also having "company" in the living room.
