My life got flipped, and turned right around
And I'd like to take a minute, just listen to me present
About how I came to love Arbor View Apartments.

To the southeast, I had never been before
Till I heard about Abor View and their great rapport
Stressin out, pockets out, is what I had at hand
Wondering why my life was so darn bland.

When a craigslist ad, caught my little eye
Made me want to tell my landlord good bye.
A swimmin' pool, ceiling fan, an apartment with a view
And somewhere I can bring my dog, Blue*

Weatherized windows, a floorplan divine
I couldn’t wait for it to be mine
The grounds were clean, the staff was great,
I put in my application, I couldn't bear to wait!

I started to move in, with such comfort and ease
I can tell you what, I've never been more pleased.
Arbor View is by far, the best place of all
So, you better hurry up and give them a call!
