What I don't get it why they have to say "call us" if they know that they won't give a discount for less than 20 rooms ?? I told them 10 in my e-mail .... they could save me the phone call by saying "we only give a discount for 20 or more" .?????

 

they didn't read your email james, it's probably a standard reply..... You are obviously un-aquainted with the low level of customer service in the states......
