I work with old ladies all the time. Put yourself in their situation.

They have bad eye sight, slowed reaction time, diminished hearing. Their family sometimes live in another state. Their husbands had one too many burger and have either a stroke or a debilitating heart attack. Therefore, they are forced to drive to get food, get medications, etc...

I think of this when an old lady is slowing me down...
