why can't they make cars that look like that anymore?????

Speaking of the S2000, since I bought the Miata I've had many opportunities to go on mini-drives with various owners and stare at the lines of the back of the car and I've decided that I truly prefer the look of the car with the stock rear spoiler vs. not having it.

It took until now for me to pay close enough attention to realize that, the edgy lines of the car just sorta get lost once you get behind the front doors. The stock spoiler helps the lines continue their natural wedge shape through to completion...

 

my wife agrees with you brant..... I personally can take it or leave it. I think the car could a bit more lower lip though..... of course I just scraped the shit outta mine so maybe not....

 

I also like the factory front lip.

 

I like the BYS lip, it's not as "chunky" looking as the factory lip. I like the impression the factory lip gives, it just reeks of that "tacked on" feel....
