Alright. Just lounging after a busy weekend. Kinda miffed after last night's poker game too, but oh well.
Top 3 spots paid, I got 4th
... I was playing well, making good calls and reads... and got nailed by the river twice in 4 hands to bounce me. First one hurt bad, I was 2nd in chips up against the guy 3rd in chips (about 2000 disparity), my QQ vs his AJo, flop comes J88... I put him on KJo or AJo and went all in, he called... turn was trash, river was an A.
I fought back from near-death winning 2 small hands but still way behind in chips. Q9o on small blind, called the big blind... flop is Q-9-10... money... all in (not much of a choice, the big blind was 1/3 of my chips
)... guy calls with 88... he has 6 outs... turn is trash, river was a bloody J... giving him a straight.
I hate losing when I'm playing good.

none of that made any sense to me whatsoever.
