my camera isn't fancy enough to take a picture of the whole car

thats a nice photo btw.. (white balance looks ok there btw)

your camera isn't good enough? WTF?? did you bring other glass with you?

j/k.. bring more glass... I 'm actually looking at getting one of these next time I do a shoot... Total dork looking but very functional...It can keep the 18-200 on the camera and pull the 70-200 out if I need it..

Thanks The camera not being good enough, just giving G a hard time I just brought the 18-55 on the camera- the 55-250 may have been useful for a couple macro-esque shots, but it doesn't handle low light very well.

That bag looks neat as far as functionality. I'm trying to figure out a way to carry the little kit I have without disturbing the way I currently carry the camera itself (over left shoulder, under right arm with a blackrapid fastenr-2)

Getting good shots at car shows is borderline impossible. Between people who will stand right in front of you while you're trying to frame a picture, horrible indoor spot lighting, more idiots walking behind the car, and a lack of good angles... meh. I took hundreds of pictures with my P&S camera at Detroit every year I went, and maybe 1 in 100 was worth my time to click the button.

Today I learned: photographing birds is a pain and I need something much longer than 250mm to do it

Funny, cute cat!

**EDIT** I take that back. He/she's not a cute cat. That is a cool, exotic cat! What breed is it??
