Well I'm putting two pics in. Not high quality or great composition, but whatever. A few minutes ago I stepped outside to go for a quick snack run before BB starts and this is what I see:
Obviously the branch isn't really thick, but why couldn't it have come a few feet closer and totalled my car? You can see in the second pic how high up the branch came from. Of course I look up and down my street and as far as the eye can see, this is the only other branch that came down (other than the spindly little ones).
Snack run is cancelled until I can get someone to help me move it. At least the tornado warning is over.

DAING you reminded me of when we had a dead Alder come crashing down onto the driveway of the previous house and yeah just missed creamin the Altima
Hope its cleared away LG and glad noone was hurt! Sadly had one fall ramdom like atop a Dad & Son in a convertible here few years ago with a sad ending

That's so sad about the dad and son.
The thing is, I can't imagine that's how it fell - my guess is someone moved it off the road, which is fine, but did ya hafta block our driveway? There are 4 houses on this street that even have cars, so why ours? Why not on the other side of the street?
