Please Help - I'm Desperate!
Wow, my gf just got over some allergies, but nothing like what you are describing. It almost sounds like an allergy to shellfish or something. I'd have to agree with most about the stress. Seems like going through something like this would only stress you out more. I'd be sitting in a controlled enviornment eliminating everything one by one until I was better. lol, the end result I'm sure would be me in the living room on the couch vegging all day every day until I got better. Seems fair to me, no one should be forced to work when they can't even sleep, that's my opinion
Hawaii is nice this time of year, all of my family lives there, and I sit thinking about how lucky they are to be there while I'm stuck in my office looking at this computer screen all day.
Oh btw, I'm not sure if you smoke or not, but if you do or are around smokers, you might wanna stay away for a while. My gf noticed that when she has allergies, the throat thing happens to her when she gets near smoke. She was having chronic migraines and trouble breathing due to swelling in her throat. After 2 months of going to doctors they said it was either stress or depression and perscribed some anti-depressants. I doubt it'll help, but it seems that all doctors just start perscibing medicines until one works so the more suggestions you give, the more they'll probably give you
My gf's allergies went away once she started taking a muscle relaxer. Why you say? Who knows, but those muscle relaxers helped her sleep and maybe sleep was all she needed. It was also fun playing with the leftovers

Yes, sleep is something I definitely lack.....I'll have to try those muscle relaxers for sure....
The reaction is a lot like that of an allergy to shellfish....but isn't. I don't smoke, and there is a strict no smoking rule in my apartment and car, so I'm safe there
Thanks for all your thoughts everyone....you never know, one of your ideas might be the clincher for me!
