If it is true then he deserves to go down and deserves no pity from anyone !
I don't know if he did it or not. The courts will decide. However, if he IS found guilty, he damned well better pay the price (and I DON'T mean buying off the girl)!
I can't tell you how sick I am of the behavior of so many professional athletes these days. I don't care if they have immense talent, they don't get to live by different laws than we do. If they do something wrong (from drug possession to rape to manslaughter) they need to take responsibility for their actions.

More woman have taken advantage of celebrities than vice versa. Adultery is not a crime, it's a sin wihch usually should be kept a private issue.. He made a mistake, which has been blown out of proportion. IMO, she knew exactly what she was doing, and is a golddigger who calculated and maybe even seduced him. (Although no one can confirm his innocence or guilt, I guess only time and evidence will tell.)
IMO, I don't think we should be quick to judge before both sides are clearly expressed.. Either way, Poor Poor Kobe is right.. if he's innocent, his reputation will still be tarnished, and his family life will be destroyed in front of the public eye.. If he's guilty, well he deserves what's coming to him, but it's innocent until proven guilty, so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt for now.

Evo, I mostly agree with you. As far as I'm concerned Kobe IS innocent until proven otherwise.
As for the idea that more women have taken advantage of celebrities than the other way around...that's questionable, but irrelevant.
My only concern is that IF he (or some other "superstar" in his situation) were to be found guilty, it is far too often the case that they get off with a slap on the wrist by our society because these people are somehow heros?!
Anyway, I hope he didn't do it.
