Colin, yes, it does scream. and LOUD.
I went hunting for rice down Westheimer (the local street racing strip here in Houston) and met with a few of the Houstook guys. It was a lotta fun. My friend in his bone stock Prelude was tagging along and he was pretty much the only guy I felt like racing. We also went to the warehouses off the Beltway, but it was busted before we got there.
All in all, I just raced his '01 Prelude, although I did race, per se, a 30th Anniversary Z28. I guess it's not really a race, considering he stalled at the light! I was

Of course, there are all the little things, a la 18lb radiator cap, hi-temp thermostat with manual bleeder, Iridium plugs, etc. I think what I need now are some quality plug wires. Accel maybe?

UL says you can bore the car to 2.15 (i think) liters, roughly the same as the Toda stroker...
the ultimate built f20c = 2.3 bored and stroked, ITB's, header, ported head, cams....... 350 whp!!!!

I think I just jizzed myself...
OK, well after some calculations, if a bore alone can make 2.15 liters, that would be about 90mm bore, or a 0.118" overbore! That's one hell of a bore, it makes me wonder if the cylinder needs to be sleeved?
Anyway, with a 3mm overbore, and TODA's 8.5mm stroker, that totals roughly 2350cc.
With that bore/stroke, I'm sure 10krpm is easy, not to mention all that extra torque!
So I've got the cams and headers, the ITBs are a possibility... I'm almost there. I'll call some of the bigger piston manufacturers (JG, Weisco, Crower, maybe even Spoon or TODA) to see if they can custom make a 90mm F20C piston...
I could port/polish the heads (although the runners are almost glass smooth, I guess they could be widened a bit), then the stroker, custom pistons, and ITB would be about $8-9k...
I think what I need now is to raise my redline. The engine can take it easily, especially with my new valvetrain and injectors, but I'll need an ECU... If only Honda would give out the damn codes I could do it myself with OBDII! Damn you Honda!
What do you think about triple-angle valve jobs? Or I could knife-edge my crank...
Argh, you make my head hurt wickster. I think I'll just tune and tune until I get max power out of what I've got. Then we can go from there.

I would go to alaniz for the head job, bar none.
as for the bore, I believe that to go that far you do need to sleeve it. I would check out wiseco's funky swirl pistons
I would definitely also have the crank knife edged. If you go inside for any reason get it done, it's just not much money considering you've got the block apart at that point......

Therein lies the problem, wickster. If I ever tear down the bottom end, I'd probably knife-edge the crank in a heartbeat, but I'd be too tempted to install a stroker kit!
